W. Grant Sutherland, Chairman Mr. Sutherland has been in his role at Chalk since September 2001. He has been a director and chairman of several public companies. Mr. Sutherland is a licensed lawyer in the province of British Columbia, and has been engaged in the private practice of corporate law for 30 years. Mr. Sutherland is a partner in the law firm Sutherland Johnston, but currently devotes the majority of his time to Chalk's affairs.

Jody Glidden Mr. Glidden brings over 10 years of experience in the eLearning field to the management team. Prior to joining Chalk, Mr. Glidden was CEO of a cutting edge LCMS company icGlobal, which was acquired by SmartForce in 2001. Post-acquisition, he went on to become Director of Global Business Development at SmartForce, where he assessed, reviewed and designed eLearning solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Novell, Unisys, BellSouth and Unilever. Touted an 'eLearning Evangelist', Mr. Glidden is a frequent speaker on learning technology; most recently speaking at the 2007 RIM Wireless Enterprise Symposium in Florida.

Paul Hildebrand Mr. Hildebrand is a lawyer in the province of British Columbia and has been engaged in the private practice of law for over 25 years. Mr. Hildebrand currently practices with Wilcox & Company Law Corporation in Vancouver, with whom he has been associated since 1991. Mr. Hildebrand also worked as Vice President of Eyeball Networks Inc., a private software development company, from February 2002 to May 2003.

Divesh Sisodraker Mr. Sisodraker is an accomplished executive who is currently the CEO of TheJobMagnet Interactive Inc. Until December 2006, Mr. Sisodraker worked as Executive VP and CFO at Taleo Corporation. Prior to joining Taleo, Mr. Sisodraker was President and CEO at Pivotal Corporation, where he led the largest and fastest growing division of CDC Software, a $300 million provider of enterprise software solutions. Other experience includes positions with A.L.I. Technologies, HSBC Investment Bank in Asia and KPMG. Mr. Sisodraker is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Honours).

Stewart Walchli Mr. Walchli first joined Chalk Media in November 2001, initially acting as the company's Chief Financial Office. Prior to Chalk, Mr. Walchli was the CFO of Sideware Systems Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange and OTC Bulletin Board listed company that sold electronic-customer relationship management software. Mr. Walchli was also an investment banker for CIBC World Markets focusing on technology companies, particularly in the Internet and eCommerce space. Stewart began his career working in the Corporate Finance and Financial Assurance Groups at KPMG.
